Save Selection of a Sheet as PDF

I know I can save a sheet as a PDF. Is it possible to save a selection of a sheet as a PDF or must I do all or nothing?

** DUH, can do that under Options ! **

    KW,

I prefer to use a free app called BullZip that saves a clearer conversion of the original and you can save just the selection. The reason you can do this is that BullZip is identified as a printer. So you are essentially printing the selection of the file to a PDF. Once installed, select the area you wish to save > File > Print > select BullZip as your printer > Under Settings, select "Print Selection" > click the Print button > Navigate where you want to save the file to > Save. A most valuable tool I use every day!

    KW,

I'm with Maud but I use a different free product PrimoPDF and I've also used Nitro Reader and Open Source PDFCreator. All work basically the same way, as a printer, although each has it's own feature set for the bells & wistles. I use PDFCreator to create the billings for our HOA out of Access, works like a charm due to it's configuration options for multiple files. Most of my one off PDF jobs I use PrimoPDF.

I'll take a look at those. Thanks to both of you.
