Combining two users in Track Changes

I am editing a document in Microsoft Word 2010 using the Track changes feature on my laptop. My User Name is "Mary".

I opened the document (in the same version of Word) on my PC. My User Name here is "Mary Jane". So when I begin Tracking Changes, the software (so smart, ) recognizes the changes from Mary Jane. Can I make Word understand that Mary and Mary Jane are the same person? I do not want the document to be forwarded to my boss with 2 different reviewers.

To do that, you'd need to have the same Word username on both PCs. See under File|Options|General
