    Word Macro Help - Print each page of report 2x to seperate trays

    Posted this on Spiceworks this morning which lead me to becoming a new member here. If anyone could help me out, I would be much obliged.

    I currently have a report that I am trying to simplify for end users through the use of a Macro.

    The report will need to print each page 2x from 2 different trays containing different colored paper. (Pretty much a white copy/pink copy of an invoice without using precollated paper or precollated carbonless paper.)

    With my current Macro I am somehow starting at page 6, printing everything in duplicate as needed, then printing the first 6 pages. I really need this to print out in order each and every time.

    Printing settings - print directly to printer. Adjusting anything with spooling messes everything up.

    Printer - Xerox 4112 testing on an HP 9050

    Macro Code:

    Sub CarbonCopy4112()
    '
    ' CarbonCopy4112 Macro
    ' Carbon copy from two trays
    '
    Dim sTray As String
    Dim MyText As String
    Application.ActiveDocument.PageSetup.TopMargin = InchesToPoints(1)
    Application.ActiveDocument.PageSetup.BottomMargin = InchesToPoints(1)
    Application.ActiveDocument.PageSetup.LeftMargin = InchesToPoints(0.5)
    Application.ActiveDocument.PageSetup.RightMargin = InchesToPoints(0.5)
    Selection.GoTo wdGoToBookmark, , , "\StartofDoc"
    Selection.InsertNewPage
    Selection.GoTo wdGoToBookmark, , , "\StartofDoc"
    MyText = "Cover Page "
    Selection.TypeText (MyText)
    Application.Browser.Target = wdBrowsePage
    For i = 1 To ActiveDocument.BuiltInDocumentProperties("Number of Pages")
    sTray = Options.DefaultTray
    Options.DefaultTray = "Tray 1"
    Application.PrintOut Range:=wdPrintCurrentPage
    Options.DefaultTray = "Tray 2"
    Application.PrintOut Range:=wdPrintCurrentPage
    Options.DefaultTray = sTray
    Application.Browser.Next
    Next i
    End Sub
