    Pinning Windows Secrets To Taskbar

I had no problem pinning the Windows Secrets Forum link to the Taskbar on my Windows 10 disk, but have not been able to do so for my Windows 7 OS. I drag the icon on the left hand side of the address bar to the Taskbar but nothing happens.

Help resolving this problem would be appreciated.

    Thanks and regards, Roy

You would need the link as a short cut on your disk (desktop?), then drag it to the task bar.

    cheers, Paul

Try dragging the tab to the taskbar: Pin a website to your taskbar

What about "More Tools/Add to Task Bar" in Chrome Settings.

In Windows 7, try dragging the Forum tab to the Internet Explorer (or Firefox) icon on the Taskbar, and drop.

Right click on the browser icon you dropped on, and the Forum will be pinned there.

I have not tested it on Chrome.

In Chrome settings "More Tools/Add to Task bar" you get the choice to open "As window" which is good for opening Gmail.
