Good idea to download both ISO procedures before I upgrade?

I have a Windows 10 Pro desktop computer I will be upgrading to Windows 10
--- I had the Windows 10 upgrade icon in the lower right portion of my taskbar but uninstalled & hid some KBís and did some registry tweaks in the beginning of Sep. I have unhid those KBís and reset the registry tweaks to allow Windows 10 to come back in but I donít have the Windows 10 upgrade icon in the lower right portion of my taskbar.

In How to Download a Windows 10 ISO File
    http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/9...-download.html
There are 2 methods to download the Windows 10 ISO
Option one: To Directly Download a Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft TechBench
Option two: To Download Windows 10 ISO using Media Creation Tool
Would it be a good idea to download both before I upgrade?

I personally would select the Media Creation Tool...

I have read Windows 10 Tip: Create Windows 10 Setup Media the Right Way
https://www.thurrott.com/windows/win...-the-right-way It seems to focus on UEFI systems.

My Windows 7 Pro 32-bit computer has the BIOS-based system
I also have a Windows 8 64-bit computer that I upgraded to 8.1 and it also has the BIOS-based system.
Will the instructions in this article handle each one of those two BIOS-based computers?

On the image backups, I use MR Free
I will create a system image backup on each computer just before upgrading to Windows 10
After Windows 10 is installed and is known to run correctly I will create a "pristine" system image backup before making any changes
