Macro to unzip and copy files

It would like a macro to unzip files and copy that are in C:\downloads and copy these into C:\downloads

For eg if these are manually unzipped that will appears in a sub-folder within C:\downloads and then I need to click on the sub-folder within C:\downloads and then copy and paste the csv files into C:\downloads

It would be appreciated if someone could kindly assist me

VBA allows access to the zip routines. http://www.rondebruin.nl/win/s7/win002.htm
This shows how to do it in PowerShell, and some other methods. http://stackoverflow.com/a/26843122
