Avoiding Update to Office2016 in Office365 Personal Subscription

I have an Office365 Personal subscription. I have finally gotten used to Word2013. Now, every time I start Word2013, I get a nag to update to Office2016. I don't want to update to Office 2016. How do I stop Office from nagging me to update?

What I am worried about is by accident accepting the default option, which is to update to Office2016.

For other versions of Office365 subscription there is a minidiag.cab that can be downloaded and run. Supposedly that stops the nag to update to Office2016. I have downloaded it and run it and it does NOT end the nag in Office365 Personal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Open the Registry Editor and navigate to:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\15.0\ ClickToRun\Updates
Double-click on 'UpgradeAdvertised' and set the value to 0.
Done. Restart Office and the nag should be gone.
