I had it working in Windows 7, but after installing a new hard drive and windows 10 then reinstallied office 2013 pro from disk then installed updates I can not see the icon. Cannot not seem to understand why.

r3x3 - there's no 'of course' when it comes to IT tech questions. I illustrate:

    Phone rings and tech answers
    Customer: my computer's not working.
    Tech: is it plugged in?
Customer: Of course it's plugged in, oh it's working now, good bye.

It's happened to me and I suspect variations of this have happened to many of the techs on here. The question has to be asked.

    Just saying!
