Flashing taskbar from icons to vertical sections since Nov Windows Updates

    Windows 10 Pro with 2 24" Acer V246HL monitors
Since Win10 Nov Windows Updates, one of the monitors taskbar flashes from the icon to "vertical sections" occasionally, at least a few times a day.
The other monitor is still fine.
What can I do to troubleshoot that problem?

Does it happen to the same monitor if you switch input cables?

Hi Joe, just wanted to let you know I'm not ignoring your advice.
I went to the office the following day of your advice but I was told they were too busy to interrupt their work. I've been back there a couple of more times, same story: go figure. It astounds me how something so easy isn't even considered. Anyway, I'll just let them complain and move on with my other projects.

Finally had the chance to check out the issue.
Switching input cables and verifying dual monitor setup didn't help.
Same issue happens occasionally on 2 other Acer monitors on another computer running Windows 10.
Discovered those Acer monitors do not have Windows 10 drivers from Acer's website.
Is there a way to use compatibility mode on them?
The computer I use at the office also has an Acer monitor but the OS is Windows 7 Pro and there aren't any issues on that computer

Do you have the most current drivers for the video card?
