How to see thumbnails instead of photo-editor icons?

    Hello Folks,

Merry Xmas and a Happy 2016!

I have a large quantity of pictures distributed by several folders arranged by subjects.
How can I see the small pictures, instead of the photo editor program icons, that makes finding pictures much harder to find?

    Flores,

What program do you have associated to your picture file extensions ( .jpg; .png; .tiff; etc.)?

I use IrfanView and just selecting one of the Icon views does the trick.

There's some choices in Windows Explorer on the right end of the Toolbar. This image with the Red arrow has several choices on the drop-down menu for the icons and the Blue arrow shows to turn on or off the Preview Pane.
