    Angry Infuriating browser headers

Lately my IE 11 has been dropping down an additional horizontal bar - not a tool bar because there are no tools! It varies with the web site and comes & goes with scrolling. Does anyone know how I can reclaim my "rightful" screen area.
PS I don't think anyone asked me to approve this stupid behavior either!

Can you post a screen shot and a URL where it consistently happens?

Here is an example from WebMD. Scroll up & down this page and note the action of the WebMD logo bar. It is taller than my normal toolbars and wastes screen space. I haven't mastered uploading graphics yet.

I see it in both IE and Firefox, and it's not unusual.

One way to get rid of it is click on the IE Toolbar, select View > Style, and click No style.

The web page looks kind of weird, but you won't get the effect.

In addition to the built-in Snipping Tool, you might take a look at Screenshot Captor for making screenshots...
