Confused about cd/dvd player in upgrade.

I understand that Windows Media Center isn't in Windows 10. So, will upgrading my machine to 10 cause me to no longer be able to burn cd's, or watch movies on dvd?

Win10 has CD & DVD burning built in, and has Windows Media Player for playing movies.

There are also third-party programs available for burning discs and playing movies/videos.
