Cool Desktop Icon text box size?

I really do like Windows 8.1 Pro, but....
One of the big take-aways is not being to manually set the size of the text box for the desktop Icons.
That was really easy in XP, but NON-Existent in 8.1.
So that Horizontal box size has got to be set by default in the Registry, but where?

If anyone has this info I'd be forever grateful.

    Happy 2016 Everyone,

I believe those settings are located here...

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics

    I believe you're right!

I had looked at that location before, but Text Box Width is not well denoted.

Under "Icon Spacing" I changed the -1125 to -1155 and got a wider box. That's what I needed.

    Thank you and Happy 2016!
