    User Account issue

When I log in to my system I get a message asking me whether I want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer? The program doing the asking is CCleaner. It isn't tied to the start menu, but the screen comes up every time I log in. How do I avoid this?

In Options > Advanced, check the box labeled "Skip User Account Control warning".

Better to prevent CCleaner doing anything at boot time, turn off all options to monitor or run at boot within its options.

Should you have other issues to troubleshoot, CCleaner could be removing troubleshooting logs at boot - not good, run it manually and find out exactly what will be cleaned out for each checked box.
