OpenVPN configuration on Windows client subdomain

    Hello to all,
I need help configuring openvpn client in managed domain with Windows Server 2012.
In practice, if I install the VPN client and the user is part of admin domains can seamlessly launch the VPN and do the appropriate configuration setting also the necessary route through the ROUTE ADD command.
If clients are only part of the group domains when users launch the connection with the client vpn seems that everything is ok but really the ROUTE ADD command fails and then is not done the proper routing of packets.

How can I do to create a special group that has the authorization to launch openvpn, but without having precisely the privileges that an admin domains?

    Thanks for all

This post says to use the VPN config "push route" setting.
