Copy an Outlook 2016 View to another (or all) folder(s)

I am trying to copy a view to other folders, but if I go to

View-> button Change View-> Apply Current View to Other Mail Folders

The "Apply" button is greyed out. is there no way to copy a view to all folders?

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

My Outlook 2016 does not have an "Apply" button. The "Apply Current View..." text almost looks like it can't be selected but it really can. Clicking on it brings up a typical dialog box to select folders. If yours is different please attach screenshots to show what you see.
