Pale Moon (most likely FF also) trick.

    Hey Y'all,

You probably know you can drag a tab off the PM window and have it open another PM instance with that tab active. Today I tried something else just to see if it would work. I dragged a tab from one PM window to another PM window and it worked. Cool.

So apparently, I'm not the only one giving Pale Moon a test drive. Eh?

I've been a staunch Firefox user since it was still in Beta Test. But recently I had an opportunity to download and try Pale Moon. So I did. Not because of any disfavor with Firefox, but because it's just my nature to try new things, if I think they might help me. So far so good! It's easy to set up, and very much like Firefox.
In some things,it does seem faster.

Test drive? I've been using it for 5+ years and a beta tester for over 4 and a half. Welcome, noob

palemoon is admittedly a smoother browser when browsing and scrolling. also, it doesn't fade in performance as tabs the begin adding up, imho.

as a Firefox fan, Iv'e been using palemoon more often recently, after the newest update (Version 26.1.0).

Also works in Edge, IE, Chrome, Safari and Opera; i.e. 99% of all browsers.

    Hey Y'all,

You can add NotePad++ to the list of programs this works on. HTH

I used PM for awhile and found it to be slow loading pages. I switched to Cyberfox well over a year ago and the issue got better. I still use FF for my regular browsing and CF for my private browsing. Only caveat to CF is that it will not do cumulative updates like FF. You have to download and install the whole program.
