Now requires my login with my HOTMAIL address ?

First I want to say I am NOT happy at all with w10's nosiness. I guess they woke up and are now trying to be on par with Apple's ? ? ?
I set up w10 to just boot up to the desktop ( several months ago ) and not ask for a login. I mainly set it up to run Steam games, honestly. I have not destroyed / cannibalized my w7 box. All my 'real' stuff is over on that box ( for the next four years . . . )
Now w10 requires me to login with my ( ancient - twenty five years ago ) HOTMAIL address. This actually make me quite grumpy. I have looked and looked to be able to 'back out' of this microsoft feature and can find no place. I did find the user and it is 'greyed out' like I cannot touch it even though I am the admin and only user on this box.
    .
Am I hosed and will have to throw away this install and start over ?

Thank you very much. I'll check this one out when I get home from work . . .
    .
Hmm, can I 'remove' my microsoft account and not have it ( deeply buried ) in the bowels of 'you cannot touch' w10 ? ? ?
    .
Will the multiple logins all be there on the screen on start-up ? ? ?

You will need it for certain apps.

no, it's not on mine. You will be logged in under the local user.
