    browser won't open web pages

In my email I receive links from different companies like Fry's, Time Warner. There are links to the web that I click on and the page is always blank. When windows 10 did one of there upgrades this problem started. I have been unable to resolve the issue. I try using chrome, firefox and edge. None of them will work. Any ideas on what to do?

Here is a link from a time warner email about one of there apps to watch a video:

    http://ad.doubleclick.net/ddm/clk/28...h#self-service

The page is just blank. In the past, some of my daily Fry's ads have links in the ad. Same issue, page will be blank. I opened the emails in another computer and tried the links and they work fine. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Mike

Just because you don't know where you are going doesn't mean any road will get you there.
