    a control on a report? (Access 2000)

    I want to place a command button on a report.Is it possible,and if it is,how can i do it? The only way i can do it is with a tollbar,but is it posible to place a control at all?

    You can place one on your report ..... but you can not trigger any events with it.
    So basically it would be useless.

    As Ricky pointed out, buttons on reports are useless. That's because reports are NOT interactive the way forms are. If you want a button so the user can do something, you'll have to create it on a toolbar and bind the toolbar to the report.
