Why are images not shown in the email preview window?

I've obviously changed something but don't know where it is.
Images from many of the vendors that send me posts, advertisements I've allowed, do not have the images visible. There's a note that says the image has been moved, renamed or deleted. These are locations that I have specifically allowed the images to load from.
Any ideas where the images may be stopped from getting displayed?

Have you run any system cleaners which may have emptied the temporary Outlook folder?

    Hi Joe,
No, I haven't run any cleaners. These emails have new pictures with each one, so even if that's where they are then new ones would arrive with each new email. I may have run CCleaner in early Jan. but this started well after that.
    Thanks.

    Try this

    Click the File tab.

    Click Options.

    Click Trust Center.

Under Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings.

Clear the Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items check box.

I posted the identical problem some weeks ago - http://windowssecrets.com/forums/sho...enders-not-all - and found that the MS Outlook Trust Center did not provide the answer.

I reset Internet Explorer, which handles images for Outlook, and all my HTML mail images displayed as intended.

I assume that this solved your problem?
