    Question Duplicate Documents folder

    Bonjour,

    In Win explorer I have many very same occurences of "Documents" under "This PC"

    I found a previous thread in Win7 forum, but it did not help.

    Thanks for sharing any idea.

    What version of Windows 10?
    Upgrade or clean install?

    Bonjour Joe,

    It's a clean from scratch install, fully updated Windows 10 pro install.

    Have you moved your Documents folder to a different drive? If you have you may see at least two Documents folder instances. You also get a Docs folder for each user on your system but I'm not sure they are visible from any ID. I still don't know why you have as many as you do.

    I don't have as many but I do have several, and they all point to the same thing - the documents folder in D:\OneDrive. The file explorer in Win10 is a bit strange.

    Select all but one instance of the Documents folder. Then right click and see if there's a "Remove from Quick Access" option.
