Outlook 2003 - sending mail from the wrong account

I hope there's still some Outlook 2003 knowledge here

I have two "identical" laptops but they behave differently - this description is about the one that's misbehaving.

Outlook is set up with three email accounts, two are set to Receive only and the third to Send and receive.

When I send, Outlook defaults to one of the "receive only" accounts. I can correct this by clicking on the Accounts button next to the Send button and selecting the account I want to send from.

How do I make this the default behaviour ?

I thought it might be to do with the order in which the three accounts appear in the Send/Receive settings - All accounts dialog, but I can't seem to change that.

You need to set the send and receive account as the default account.
