It isn't updating through the free version yet when checking for Definition updates.

I have the Pro Ver. 2.2.0.1024 and it still hasn't updated.

I did a manual update and it says it's up to date...

What happened between Ver. 2.2.0.1024 and the latest Ver. 2.2.1.1043...Seems to be a big gap between versions.

They probably found some problems with them - pretty much like MS have with Win 10 updates

That could be. I have noticed over the years that MBAM does have those glitches every now and then.
    Thanks Sudo

When I got it from their forum the other day, there was a mention that it wouldn't be pushed out until the beginning of the week, I guess that gave them ~3 days worth of feedback to check that it's good to go.

The internal updater only updated the definitions. I had seen a notice that a new version was available. So, I went to the web site to download.

Joe, If you look at the database settings it say that when checking for definitions it also checks for new program updates at the same time.

I know that. After seeing the note online that an update was available I started the program. It updated the definitions only. There was no program update. Then I went to the site to download.

Well, I'll just wait a day or two and see what happens.
