    64download.exe missing

Hi there can someone advise me please

My mum installed incredimail an email icon/emotions free service, then decided she didn't want it. I uninstalled it for her now we can't get access to her drives. After some investigation it would seem when uninstalling incredimail fully, it has also removed something needed to open the main drives and states 64DownLoad.exe or 64DownLoader.exe missing. I don't know how to resolve this, I don't no how to restore her Windows 10 version back to an earlier date if this would resolve the problem, or and I don't no how to down load the 64DownLoader.exe from a safe site. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

Hi W10 has several ways to recover. I would recommend you start with the least invasive which would be to restore to a earlier time before you installed the program. Here's tutorial for this W10 feature!

    Did the uninstall complete successfully?
Did you reboot after the uninstall?
Do you mean you don't see drives in File explorer?
64download or 64downloader are not normal Windows files. Have you run any anti-malware scans?

Assuming you are able to boot into Windows 10,

Right Click on the Start icon
    Click on System
    Click on System Protection
    Click on System Restore
Choose a Restore point prior to the problem and follow the prompts.

If you don't have any Restore Points, try a Clean Boot:

I think Jerry missed a step - after right click on the windows icon bottom left, click on system, then system protection etc.
Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

Right you are access! I would have sworn I put that missing step in but I see that it is missing. Edited the original post to add the missing step.

Yuppers! That will work! You can also type restore in the search bar and get to the restore feature!
PS I think it's great when WS members work as a team.
