Sound trashy and screen brightness won't stay fixed

Since my upgrade to 10 (better than 8.1 but TOOOOO many switches to get fixed) the audio from the Kworld TV tuner has become nearly inaudible.
Also the screen brightness keeps getting dimmed to near undecipherable.
Also the screen Icons keep moving from where I place them after a couple of boots..
Is the a super squirrel secret switch that will fix any of these. I have followed the Display and Sound trail from the Control panel but the fixes either don't make any improvement or are useless. Any suggestions?

For the brightness, right click on the desktop. Select display settings. Turned off the automatic brightness adjustment.
For the icons, right click on the desktop, hove on "View", make sure "Auto arrange" and "Align to grid" are unchecked.

Have you checked for an updated Windows 10 driver for the TV tuner at the tuner vendor site?

I think it's your content. My diagnosis is that you are watching a red carpet event with TMZ, Access Hollywood, or something similar. Adjust your expectations rather than the display!

Get the right drivers from the vender site. That should fix it.
