    Automatic Appointments in Calendar

I have been asked if it is possible to create an appointment in Outlook (97, soon to go to 2000) and once that appointment has been inserted they would like to automatically insert related appointments.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

It is not clear what you want to do. Could you explain a bit more? Thanks.

    Re: Automatic Appointments in Calendar

One of the lawyers at work would like to put a Hearing date into his calendar. Once the Hearing date has been inserted he would like to insert an item say 2 weeks before and another item 5 weeks before the original Hearing date without having to count out the weeks and create whole new appointments. We are using Outlook 97 at the moment, but will be updating to 2000 in the next few months. I hope this makes the situation clearer.

it the time frams is always the same, it could be done with scripting, fill in custom fields with the needed info and when closed, the other events are created.

in any event, you'll need to create a custom form.
