    Envelopes

    Many thanxx in advance..

I have a table (same table in Excel and Access (office 2007)) that I want to use to print envelopes from. No matter what I try, I can not get envelopes to appear as paper size..
I have attached a screen shot to help...

    Again, many thanxx in advance...

If you have Access and Excel, you must have Word. Any reason why you do not start a mail merge with custom size envelope then import your spreadsheet into the merge? Mail Merge > Recipients >use existing list > navigate to your Excel spreadsheet.

Word has me trapped in a timey - wimey singularity loop. I go through all of the mail merge steps, even see my recipients list. When I proceed to print preview, or print to pdf file, none of the recipient address are visible. That is why I was looking for a solution to directly print envelopes for excel or access.

Are you using the Mail Merge Wizard? And, did you "finish the merge" to a new Word doc?

If so, you should have N-envelops merged, 1 per page.

Your initial design should be setting up merge fields from the "Insert Merge Field" option and look something like this before completing the merge.
