    Nick,

Welcome to the Lounge as a new poster!

What you have is a Tab Delimited file. If you follow the following steps you can import it directly into Excel w/o any manipulation.

    1. Open Excel with a blank workbook.
    2. Place your cursor in cell A1.
    3. From the Ribbon select the Data tab.
    4. On the Ribbon select from text.
    5. In the file browser box select your drive, directory and then the file and click the Import Button.
    6. You can work your way through the wizard using the Next buttons but as it has selected all the correct options for your file you can just press the Finish Button.
    7. In the Import Data dialog select the desired options then click OK.
    8. Done.
