    Control+Shift+F9

    How can I place the shortcut - Control+Shift+F9 within a word VBA macro ? { Control+Shift+F9 removes form fields in document and retains the text in them. }

    I don't want to run the shortcut, but a macro.

    Record a macro using the shortcut?

    Ctrl+6 is the same command if that is easier.

    This is called unlinking a field.

    In a macro, Control+Shift+F9 is expressed as .Fields.Unlink. Without seeing the context in which it is to be run, though, nothing more specific can be said.
