    Save directly to Public Desktop

Is there any way to grant permission to a user to save directly to the Public Desktop instead of saving to their own and then moving it?

    Give their account Administrative privileges?

Or check the Security permissions of C:\Users\Public and its Desktop folder, and add their account with Write privileges.

This rather subverts the security model, of course, and you need to know what you're doing with accounts and security...
