    Little Circle Do What?

    I have noticed on a online paper I read daily a little white circle appears in the upper right corner of pics in the article.
    You can see it here or in the attached pic.
    When you move your cursor on the circle it changes from white to gray... You can see it here http://www.nydailynews.com/news/poli...icle-1.2644596

    or in the attached pic.

    Anyone know what it is or does?

    I see a circle with a '+' inside, indicating that it's a small version, clicking the + enlarges it.

    I only see what is in the pic..
    It could be I'm blocking it...I'll check now...

    I have that site on my restricted list in IE..Probably because of some reason or other..I have forgotten why. It could be because it auto refreshes every minute like the Drudge site does..

    Anyway, thanks...It clears things up..
