    Hyperlinks

Is it possible to add a hyperlink on text within a cell, and have it clickable when saved as a PDF?

For example, if a cell contains "Click here to go to Windows Secrets Lounge", then can the word "here" have a hyperlink with http://windowssecrets.com/?

    Hi Murgatrod

In the attached workbook, I have added a cell with your text, format, and hyperlink.
If you open this file you can then use File>SaveAs to save it in pdf format.

Thanks for the example, but you didn't say how you did it.

    Hi Steve

..but the question was "is it possible".

So this is how I did it:
    1. Enter the text in a cell ("Click here to go to Windows Secrets Lounge")
    2. On the top-panel Ribbon, select the Insert tab, then in the [Links] group, click Hypelink to assign your hyperlink to the cell. The cell will now be formatted as your default 'hyperlink style'.
    3. On the top-panel Ribbon, select the Home tab, then in the [Styles] group, change the cell style to Normal.
    4. In the formula bar, highlight the word "here" and change the format to blue and underline.

Thanks for this. I wondered whether it was possible to have the link on just one word rather than the whole cell, but this does the job.
