    Mailmerge style formating issue

    I was trying to create a course catalog, I have the layout and the mailmerge working the only issue I have is the Style formatting issue. I would design the layout but for some reason I don't know where I made a mistake in coding. I am trying to change the format for COURSES, so far I have the SUBJECT and the MATERIAL formatted to headings 1 & 3 respectively. The goal is to set Headings for COURSES as well to heading 2. But for some reason COURSES field is linked with the rest of the paragraph. I would appreciate the help. I have attached a copy of the source and the document below.

    When I run your merge, the:
    • Subject employs 'Heading 1';
    • Course employs 'Heading 2';
    • Material employs 'Heading 3'; and
    • Running Time & Material Description employ 'No Spacing',
    so I can't see what the issue is.

    I have no idea what you mean about a "border for header2" or "the document its adding other locations for the border". Your Heading 2 Style does not have a border and the only border I see in either your mailmerge main document or the output document is around the Heading 1 Style.

    Can you attach a document to a post showing what you are expecting to see as the output?

    This is the desired outcome. I cant seem to assign a style to just COURSES without messing with the other data.

    A comparison of my attachment vs. yours will quickly reveal the differences.
