    Start menu troubleshooter

Microsoft has released a Start Menu troubleshooter for Windows 10. If the Start Menu is acting up you should download and run this tool.

Here's a direct download link - StartMenu troubleshooter.

What would you do if Win 10 was stuck in a restart loop and couldn't get in which I've seen posted now and again.

I'd build a USB boot device using the MCT. Boot from that and try troubleshooting. Then do a refresh if I could not fix it.

Don't you have to get into Win 10 to change the boot order if you haven't enabled legacy boot ?

I think if you try to boot three times you'll get a troubleshooting menu.

If it was in a loop you would probably have to power shut down which would break the sequence.

Thought Win 10 was supposed to be easier

Not sure that breaks the sequence. Think it is three failed boots.
