IE disappearing from taskbar in Windows 10

Has anyone else experienced the disappearance of internet explorer shortcut from the taskbar in Windows 10. It has only been happening this last week, but is very annoying to have to keep putting it back.

Nope. I use Chrome, and Edge. Both stay put. IE is ancient history now.

    I use IE11 almost exclusively.
    I don't have your issue.

    Suggestion only :
Create a desktop shortcut instead of pin to taskbar.

I have; now I just have to keep pinning it to Taskbar. I suspect that Microsoft has done something in an update to cause this problem!!!!!

Thanks. When I looked at Edge upon first installation I felt that it was only half written and lacked a lot that IE has to offer.
