Is Cumulative Update KB3172985 pulled by Microsoft ?

I was made aware that there is a new cumulative update KB3172985 which will update the build to 10586.494

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/...update-history

But when I went to Windows Update I failed to download it.
When I clicked at KB3172985 at the link above, I got the message " This page does not exist".

Does it happen to everyone or is it just me ?

I'm stuck at 56% of "Downloading Updates" and have been for close to an hour now. Never had this happen before on W10 updates. I wonder if the servers are having a hard time getting it out?

I just started the reboot. It took 1 hr. 19 mins. for the D/L and to prepare for a reboot.

Hmmm, looks like W10 is the time hog now. After installing KB3161608 last month on my W7 machine, it found the updates in 1 minute instead of hours and D/L'ed them in a short period of time.
