    "Get W10" says I can't upgrade -- AND I'm good to go

Clicked on the W10 icon in the systray today to see if my HP Pavilion Desktop can handle the "upgrade."

The first screen said that I could not handle W10: Home computer - no upgrade.jpg

Wondering what was incompatible, I clicked on the "View Report" link, which opened this window: Home Computer - Good to Go.jpg

WTH? What's the importance of the guest account? And can I, or can I not, upgrade to W10 on this computer?

Any advice is welcome - TIA.

If the only issue is the guest account you should be good to go. If you don't use the guest account disable it. Then you may be able to upgrade with Get Win10. If you still can't try the Media Creation Tool at the bottom of the linked page.

I had the Guest account available on Win7 Pro but the Upgrade to Win10 Pro removed it automatically.
