Comparing Selected Parts of Two Documents
Is There a way to compare ONLY selected parts / paragraphs of two document not the whole document.
Reason : I have deleted / inserted and reorganized paragraph and don't want window to show even reorganized paras as changes . as they are identical/ or with few changes but located in different parts in the original document. I want only the changes within the para to be highlighted.

If you only need to compare text [ie not formatting], then you could use one of the many online comparison tools like DiffChecker or TextDiff.
If you prefer a desktop solution, then one of the good text editors like UltraEdit or TextPad will do it. Checkout especially the UltraEdit Highlighted Text Compare
If you want to do it within Word, then all I can think of is to copy the parts you're interested in to 2 new files and use the standard Compare function on those files.
