Multiple accounts on Log in screen

This is not an unusual problem. What is unusual is that it is difficult to get the answer to it. I had this problem once before and now I have it again on another computer. I've forgotten how to fix it. The problem is that there are three accounts on the windows log in screen. The os defaults to the wrong one and this brings up the error, "wrong password". No, the typical fixes don't work. It's not in the user accounts, etc. Does anyone know how to delete the two bad accounts?

Exactly what are the names of those two bad accounts?

I added them by accident while poking around the os.
