    Function selection

What differences are there between DSUM and SUMIFS (and other similar database functions with their xxxxIFS counterparts)? Why choose one over the other?

    Zeno,

DSum and the other D read Database functions require a Criteria Range to be setup for the selection logic.

In contrast the *IFS type functions allow the specification of the Criteria for selection to be right in the function.
