    Num lock

Num lock. What does it mean? It means the num lock key is locked ON . Neither Dell nor Microsoft understand this. The dell tech told me with a straight face it's supposed to work like this. this is what his boss told him. The ms techs never heard of the issue. Evidently they don't look at the internet. I have repeatedly posted questions about the num lock turning off in win 10 and all I've found is the same responses that don't work. Microsoft, are you there?
