    Unhappy lost illumination logitech K800

I suddenly have lost illumination on my K800 Logitech keyboard. Logitech support was no help. I am running windows 10 and am connected to unifying receiver for mouse and keyboard, just no lighting. I can control lighting intensity with software but nothing happens. Any thoughts.

    Thanks, Ralph

Try hitting FN+F6, to increase the backlighting.

Perhaps the batteries have died, or are too low to provide illumination. Plug it into the computer with the USB cable, to see if the lights come on. If not, leave it plugged in for a while, to charge the batteries.

My first guess is also batteries. Perhaps the keyboard switches off lighting to conserve them when they're low--and it would be a handy way of warning you.

Otherwise, perhaps some internal connection has become dislodged. Did the keyboard get a hard knock recently? Should be only a few screws to open and have a look.
