    Loungers Hear me out

    Loungers Hear me out
(With a nod to The Kingston Trio’s MTA)

Today GoodSync has released a new version of their products, and it has gutted the existing version 9 of a whole raft of features that purchasers paid for when they bought the software.

I have read that HP pulled a stunt on its printer customers that caused such an uproar that it hit them in the bottom line – in the stock market.

Samsung has moved from exploding cell phones (not my model, so far at least) to self-destructing washing machines. Fodder for media coverage, at least.

Oh yeah, I heard about that MS CEO.

This thread doesn't appear to be about any Office application. Perhaps move it from 'Office Applications' to 'Scuttlebutt' (or 'Puzzles')?

I know what you mean. I was a fan of Top Gear, and the BBC goes and takes it off the air. And don't get me started on The Great British Bake Off.

And then Microsoft give me a load of certificates signed by Steve Ballmer - and he leaves...

Top Gear is still on the air - just not with the original cast. Chris Evans was the 'host' on the most recent televised season, to underwhelming reviews. For the forthcoming year Matt LeBlanc (formerly of Friends) will be the senior host.

The Original Cast are putting their own competing show together for Amazon.

Can you list the missing features? Their online documentation is a bit poor and actually seems to describe the prior version more than the new version.

I have been likewise burned by Microsoft quite a few times as they removed features that I relied upon.
