    error.log...unknown issue

    Hello
Once again am in need of expert opinions
The following information was within error.log in windows directory, windows 7 SP1 64
Have been unable to find relevant info.
It says "Shutdown event" but the time stamp refers to startup time hence, nothing but startup files (3) and services are active
Do not know what "NT Sevice" refers to as the desktop is not connected to any network

    Thanks in advance

    Shutdown event

NT Service is the operating system itself.
The message looks more like standard operation than a specific problem. If you are not having any problems with the system I would ignore the log entry. (Looking in logs can lead to increased paranoia and this is how some scams work.)

    cheers, Paul
