Unhappy What happened to MSE in context menu (Win 7)

I accepted an update to Microsoft Security Essentials a day or two ago, and now I do not have the context menu item "Scan with Microsoft Security Essentials" that I used to have. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how to get it back? Running Win 7 Pro on a Dell laptop.

Here's some really good info about this topic. Be sure to read the comments, because that's where they talk about losing the right-click context menu item.

Thanks. Looks like MS pulled the buggy version 4.10 and now has version 4.9 available on the MSE download page, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...tials-download.

However, I have uninstalled MSE and installed BitDefender Free. I'll see how that goes.
