Excel 2016 Crashes During Margin Adjustments in Print Preview Mode

I have Excel 2016 in Windows 10, latest patches. (It is not 365.) Excel has started crashing if I adjust the margins in print preview mode. This is a new problem. This used to work fine. I ran a system file checker and it came back clean.

I have a high speed Alienware PC, 16GB memory, plenty of resources.
    Thanks.

Are you able to uninstall individual Excel patches? If so, then uninstall them one at a time, from today backward, restarting the computer after each uninstall, and then checking to see if that fixed it, till you have found that the problem has disappeared.

Before uninstalling a patch, write down the KB number for the patch.

Now do a check for all new Excel patches. Look at the list of patches that it finds; hide the one which caused the problem; install the rest.

At least that's how you did it in prior times. The above may not be valid for Windows 10 / Excel 2016.

If all else fails, you could try a repair

1.Open up the Control Panel on your PC (and show All Control Panel items, if necessary) and click on Programs, then Programs and Features.
2.Find Microsoft Office 2010 in the list and highlight it.
    3.Click Change.
4.Select Repair and Continue then follow the prompts.

I re-searched again and this came up:

    https://social.technet.microsoft.com...en?forum=excel

The problem is apparently becoming more widespread and seems to involve the Windows 10 anniversary patch, or at least that's the best guess.

Here's a workaround that seems successful:

    Workaround :
    1. CTRL+P to print.
    2. scroll to bottom right and click the show margins button
    3. margins can be adjusted without crashing Excel.

I hope M/S will fix Excel though. It was working fine until the patch.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
