    Can't find Switchboard Manager (Access2000/SR1a w/SP2)

I'm running on a Windows 98 box using Office Professional Access 2000 with SR1a and SP2 applied. I want to use the Switchboard Manager to create a switchboard for a new database I'm working on but it doesn't appear under Tools | Add-Ins as Help indicates. I've tried reinstalling Access to no avail. What am I missing?

You can find it under Tool | Database Utilities

Its nice when MS change things over different version. <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>
