    KB3150513 over and over

I'm still on ver. 1511 and every month I get KB 3150513 after the regular patch Tuesday. I received it in Sept., Oct., & now Nov.
Are other people getting this or am I special???

In the KB article, the Windows 10 files have a Nov. 6 date. So, it likely you should've gotten the fix which provides the latest set of definitions for compatibility diagnostics that are performed on the system.

I assume from your answer Joe, that it's revised every month. Since I haven't seen any other reports on this behavior, maybe it's continually checking to see if I still have "Defer Upgrades" checked.

The description for KB3150513 does suggest that it is continually updated.

This update provides the latest set of definitions for compatibility diagnostics that are performed on the system. The updated definitions help enable Microsoft and its partners to ensure compatibility for all customers who want to install the latest Windows operating system. Installing this update also makes sure that the latest Windows operating system version is correctly offered through Windows Update, based on compatibility results.*
