    Why in heck this isn't in Win10 by default...
    Some kind of timing issue I would think. Of course Win10 updates itself with maniacal devotion and MS chose not to distribute the OneDrive UWA this way. Maybe MS doesn't want to assume that users have an internet connection? Or maybe MS is keen to avoid anti-trust actions?

    At my current 5Gbps, that would only take 145 WEEKS ... aka, approx. 2.8 YEARS

    Even if you meant 5Mbps, I make it 24 hours.
